To qualify for the $250 cash giveback, the member must: (1) open a Qualifying Checking Account during the promotional period; (2) obtain a debit card associated with the Qualifying Checking Account and conduct a minimum of thirty (30) debit card transactions; and (3) receive a minimum of two (2) Qualifying Direct Deposits (as hereinafter defined) aggregating at least $1,000. Qualifying activities must be completed within ninety (90) days of the checking account open date. Accounts must remain open and be in good standing on the date the bonus is paid. "Good standing" is defined by Listerhill's Member Expulsion and/or Service Limitation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into our Membership and Account Agreement and provided at account opening. The $250 cash giveback will be deposited into the Share Savings account within one (1) week of meeting/completing all requirements.

A "Qualifying Direct Deposit" is an Automated Clearing House ("ACH") credit of payroll, pension, Social Security, or other recurring government-benefit payments that Listerhill can identify as a direct deposit from the transaction information received. Transfers between accounts, transfers from another financial institution or payment application, trial or micro deposits, mobile or check deposits, cash deposits, debit-card credits, refunds, and Listerhill-originated credits do not qualify. Amounts paid to you as part of this promotion may have tax implications. If the total value of your promotional benefits exceeds $600 in a calendar year, we are required to report this amount to the IRS. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for guidance on how any such amounts should be reported on your tax return. A Qualifying Checking Account that receives the $250 cash giveback and remains open through January 31, 2027, will also generate a $50 donation to the member's designated eligible school. “Eligible school” is defined as a state-registered school (an educational institution that has been officially recognized and approved by a state education authority to operate legally within that state) in Alabama or Tennessee. School donations will be made directly to the designated school after the conclusion of the promotional period and will not be paid directly to the member or on their behalf.
