How To Fix Your Listerhill Mobile Banking App

If you're experiencing issues accessing your Listerhill mobile banking, read on and follow the steps we've laid out.

Update 1/3/22: A new Listerhill mobile app update is available for Android and iOS (7.10.2). This app update contains bug fixes including for the one listed below. If you are experiencing the error message below, we recommend updating your app to fix it.

We're aware that some Apple users are getting the following error message while attempting to access their mobile app:

"Loading Failed. The operation could not be completed."

This is due to a recent IOS system update and our developers are currently working on a permanent solution. If this error message is coming up for you, you can access your mobile app by following the steps for one of our three solutions listed below:

Solution #1

  • Open Settings
  • Listerhill mobile app > Location > Never quit and relaunch app
Solution #2

  • Go to Settings > Listerhill mobile app > Location > Precise Location
  • Toggle to “off” position, quit and relaunch the app

Solution #3

  • Uninstall the Listerhill mobile app
  • Reinstall the Listerhill mobile app

    Unfortunately, when the transfer occurs, mortgages will not be displayed on our app or in online banking, but we are working to bring that functionality ASAP.

  • What if I prefer to make my payments through the "Pay Your Loan" link on the Listerhill website?

    Unfortunately, after the transfer you will not be able to use this link to pay your mortgage. However, you can visit here to view all mortgage information and payment options.

  • What if I prefer to make my payments by mail or through Bill Pay at another financial institution?

    As a national servicing company, TruHome will probably be in your other financial institution's list of payees who accept electronic payments. If not, you can set up the account using the address below:
