How To Fix Your Listerhill Mobile Banking App

Update 1/3/22: A new Listerhill mobile app update is available for Android and iOS (7.10.2). This app update contains bug fixes including for the one listed below. If you are experiencing the error message below, we recommend updating your app to fix it.
We're aware that some Apple users are getting the following error message while attempting to access their mobile app:
"Loading Failed. The operation could not be completed."
This is due to a recent IOS system update and our developers are currently working on a permanent solution. If this error message is coming up for you, you can access your mobile app by following the steps for one of our three solutions listed below:
Solution #1
- Open Settings
- Listerhill mobile app > Location > Never quit and relaunch app
- Go to Settings > Listerhill mobile app > Location > Precise Location
- Toggle to “off” position, quit and relaunch the app
Solution #3
- Uninstall the Listerhill mobile app
- Reinstall the Listerhill mobile app
